Morven House offers a family atmosphere and a home from home friendly approach with all residents.

The team are skilled in person centred care and create a comprehensive care plan for all residents, meaning they are well-trained and informed on the requirements of each person they support. Professional development is ongoing to ensure residents always receive the highest quality care.

Residents can access a variety of activities which they can indulge in, including the piano in the quiet lounge and the library area. Residents can also enjoy a warm sunny day out on the decking, with a fantastic view over the Kenley country side.

The management team have an open door policy and listens to families' and residents' feedback.

  • To enusre the safety and security of the residents, all visitors are expected to sign in the visitor's register at the entrance. Working professionals are required to show their valid ID proof upon request to verify the identity.
    Families and friends of the residents have no restrictions on the visiting time. They are welcome to Morven House to spend time with their loved ones at any time that is convenient for both parties. However, it is adviced to visit the residents before their bed time.

My husband has been well cared for although I have sometimes had to point out things such as his fingernails not having been cut/cleaned, dirty jumper etc.
The staff always respond and deal with the matter.
I feel that they genuinely care about my husband and his welfare.

I would recommend Morven House. Extremely impressed and happy with the high level of care my nanny is receiving.

My friend has been in this home since December 2016 and I find the home very friendly and look after residents well. Keep you informed of any illness or if the resident has to go into hospital.

My mother has settled in well to the home. The staff are consistently friendly not only to us but all the residents.
They are very approachable and very helpful with any queries. The family and I feel my mother is receiving appropriate care which eases our minds.
We appreciate that my mum participates
with the activities to keep her active.

The staff at the home all appear to enjoy their work and are kind, caring and friendly. The activities organised for the residents are good and Mum enjoys the mother and toddlers visiting, also the dog visits.
She has been taken out to a garden centre which she enjoyed.
Mum has dementia but has improved
both physically and mentally since being in the home. The only negatives would be the lift and Mum's small bedroom.

Current management are working hard to make good improvements. Mum has been here for 2 years. Any problems the management are very accessible and respond well to suggestions etc. New activities regime looks very hopeful.
