My mum entered Parkside three months before lockdown, so the year behind closed doors has been really tough. She has a large family, and they mean everything to her. Parkside has been brilliant in facilitating Zoom, window visits and outside visits last summer. They have worked harder than you can imagine
to keep everyone Covid-free, healthy, happy, occupied and entertained. They are patient, kind and go the extra mile to accommodate Mum's individual habits and ways, and to make food she enjoys. They are splendid!

My mother has been a resident at Parkside care home since late August 2019. The home was recommended to us by two separate people. I cannot praise the home highly enough. The staff are so caring and it feels like a home, not an institution. If there are any issues, they are taken seriously and dealt
with speedily, I am so happy my mum is there. We both know she is safe and well looked after.
