Very helpful. polite always on the move. Always caring hold the residents hands and cuddling them and giving them attention. I'm glad we made the right choice in sending my mother here.

My mother has been at Roseacres since April 2015. I am very happy with the service that is provided by Roseacres for my mother, all of the staff are very kind to the residents and respond to their needs promptly. The food served is home cooked and appetising. There are activities organised daily for
the resident to take part in. Roseacres is kept clean and tidy in all areas.

My Mum is a resident and would just like to submit a review to say how extremely happy I am with the care she is given.
The staff put themselves out over and above what is expected of them.


I have been to so many care homes and this by far exceeds my expectations I feel much more relaxed now I know

that my Mum is so well cared for.


I get regular updates from the management regarding my Mum.

I have been at Roseacres Residential Care Home since 2019. With over thirteen years of experience in the care industry, I’ve had the privilege of serving our residents and their families in various capacities, starting as a Deputy Manager and now leading as a Home Manager.


My journey in the care sector has been driven by a deep passion for enriching the lives of our elderly residents, creating a haven where they feel cherished and valued. My tenure as Deputy Manager allowed me to gain hands-on experience in understanding the intricate needs of our residents, their families, and our dedicated staff members.


As I transitioned into the role of Home Manager, I’ve remained steadfast in upholding the core values that define Roseacres. We are unwavering in our commitment to creating an environment that radiates warmth and quality person-centred care. I believe that a true sense of home goes beyond physical spaces; it’s about building emotional connections and fostering a sense of belonging. Each of our resident’s journeys is unique, and it’s our responsibility to ensure they’re treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and love – just like family.
