Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.

The home has a range of accommodation all with en-suite facilities and 24hour support offering spacious interiors, landscaped gardens and its own sun lounge.

The home also provides a variety of home-cooked meals from its main and vegetarian kitchens.

There are extensive landscaped gardens, a hairdressing salon and a small shop run by residents’.

Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.

The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.

The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.

Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.

Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.

The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

Sancroft Community Care Ltd- Sancroft Hall is the perfect place for my grandma. I love visiting her and seeing how happy she is. The staff are so caring and friendly, and hearing all the stories of various activities and socials my grandma gets up to absolutely meals my heart. The home itself is very
clean, and staff are attentive with a tailored approach to each resident according to their needs.

My mother was independent - doing her own daily needs and maintaining her way of life. Covid-19 shattered her confidence, and almost lost every ability and will to live. The Sancroft respite was arranged, and she felt comfortable and assured her confidence - she never returned to her own accommodation
and insisted on remaining at Sancroft Care Home. She has been living there after Covid-19 and is been looked after by the care home. The motivational staff and the environment created by the care home for all deferential needs and communities are commendable. I would say it shamed me too, as the care given by the institution is beyond what I could have done, “ I would call it A Star Rating Home facility”; I would say it is the management from the council to the manager and the dedication of the staff have made the place comfortable and compatible, with the commitment and dedication of the authorities in charge I respectfully wish many more successful years to come.

My aunt receives very individualised, personal care, which completely meets her needs even as they change.
She is very settled here and has a good rapport with the staff, who will advocate on her behalf if needed.
Despite her limited abilities, she is included in communal activities - of which there
are many across the week.
The home presents a bright, welcoming environment and is well-maintained.
Staff are supportive of friends and relatives and involve them in activities and celebrations as appropriate.

The team are led by two managers and deputy managers who are really interested in providing a caring and responsive service to the residents. All the staff try really hard to make the clients feel comfortable by adapting to the changing needs of the clients.
The team try to put on regular activities
and celebrate every religious event in an effort to brighten up the residents.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Sancroft since May 2023, and we have been very pleased with the care provided by the team at Sancroft. The facilities are excellent, the care home is very clean, and my mother-in-law is provided with lovely Indian meals cooked like home. All of the staff and carers
provide a very high standard of care - they are highly professional and very friendly. They look after my mother-in-law with such care and attention and always take the time to chat with her and make her feel settled and at home.
The care home takes the time to offer great activities for the residents, and my mother-in-law has, in particular, really enjoyed the Summer party and Diwali celebrations.
I would highly recommend Sancroft for elderly residential care. As a family, it gives us much comfort that my mother-in-law is looked after so well by all of the Sancroft team.

Sancroft care home provides a lovely, calm environment and is always spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and kind. We felt complete confidence that my father was safe and well cared for. The staff were so caring and gentle with my mother and were very good at communicating with us about any issues.

My grandmother has been a resident at Sancroft since May 2023. She is very happy there and always tells me stories of her lovely times with both the staff and other residents. Every time I visit, the staff are so welcoming, and I can tell that they provide my grandmother with the best possible care.
My grandma has particularly enjoyed the activities and parties that have been put on, and we are so grateful to all of the staff who go the extra mile to ensure such great events can happen. Thank you, Sancroft!

Very friendly staff. Understand my uncle's needs. He seems to be settling in - only been there for ten days.
We chose Sancroft because we had elderly friends who were residents a few years ago, and they loved it here.
There was always something going on if you wanted to join in, and it appears to
be the same now.

My father has been a resident at Sancroft for a few years. From a personal perspective as a health care professional, I know how demanding caring for a person can be.
I have been impressed with the care and respect that all the staff have shown to my father. They are led by an extremely competent
team of managers who ensure that all the carers are kept up to date with the changing circumstances of residents. With this knowledge, the carers can better understand my father, and over time, they have got to know him well and he is reassured by their presence.
The team are very responsive to the changing needs of their resident. My father's health has declined, and he has become increasingly dependent on the help of others for basic activities like feeding. The managers are very proactive, anticipating problems before they arise. For my father, this was the possibility of him choking on his food. The team promptly arranged to have his meals made into a puree and then fed to him.

My mum has been a resident at Sancroft since May 2023. She has settled in very well and is very happy there.
Sancroft looks after a diverse range of cultures, and my mum, being Indian, is well-catered for. The vegetarian food is cooked daily and is liked by her. The activities and entertainment are
aimed at all residents, and I have seen personally the Diwali and Christmas parties bringing so much enjoyment and joy to the residents. The cleanliness and hygiene are five stars!
But most of all, what matters most is that all the staff and especially her carers' have so much patience, tenderness and understanding of her needs and treat her like she is one of their own family members.
This, above all, has alleviated my family's apprehension and worry about her going into a care home, and we are very happy that she is at Sancroft, where her needs are met.
The management and directors of Sancroft take a genuine interest in how it is run, and this translates to the care and attention given to the residents.

My mum has been a resident for nearly a year and had her first Xmas at Sancroft. She really enjoyed the activities that were put on.
The staff were especially helpful in organising a dedicated room for us to have a Xmas celebration with my mum. Very grateful.

Sancroft Hall is a care home that focuses on providing elderly residents with residential/dementia care. There is a dedicated area for Asian residents with an Asian Vegetarian Kitchen. My mother has been at Sancroft Hall now for 3 months, and she has now settled in, and is happy there. The care home
is well managed and the staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. The residents are well looked after and treated with care and dignity with daily activities for them to partake in. The rooms are clean and of a good size, the common areas and grounds are clean and organised. What makes Sancroft Hall stand out is the level of care and dedication the staff have towards the residents. You simply do not see this in other care homes in Harrow/Brent. Well done to all the team.

Arranging to visit our neighbour was a simple phone call to Sancroft Care Home. As we were five of us visiting, very kindly, a side room was given to us on the ground floor with adequate chairs for all of us. Our neighbour was brought down in her wheelchair so we could chat with her until her lunch
break. The home was clean and organised and everyone was friendly and amicable. Even the manager took the time to inform us of the home's facilities. Surrounding grounds are kept and maintained - I would highly recommend this home.

Sancroft is a wonderful care home - the staff are very caring towards the residents.
Sancroft has many activities for residents and is always looking to do as much as they can to uplift residents. Sancroft has wonderful celebration parties for residents and visitors - these are such a wonderful experience
for all (Sancroft go above and beyond to make their residents happy).
Residents are very well looked after here.
A very clean and organised care home.
I would highly recommend Sancroft.

My mother is extremely happy. The care home provides excellent overall service. The food, especially Asian, is well-balanced and offers variety. The staff are always helpful and polite.
