Overall Experience

Came to visit my dad and was surprised to see how well, clean, nice and organised this place is. I am very happy that my dad is here, and I am sure he is safe and sound. Thank you so much.

Overall Experience

The visit was arranged in a sitting room. It was a very good environment. The staff were friendly, and our friend who we were visiting was very comfortable and very happy with her help there. Our friend wanted to visit our centre for the senior programme, and the management was very accommodating

also got offered a drink.

Overall Experience

My mother has dementia. A painful journey for our family.
Sancroft staff have been so very kind, caring and supportive. Mum has settled well, now participating in all the activities, and because of the lovely environment, Mum enjoys her days far better now.

Overall Experience

My mother has been in this care home since September 2022, and I am more than happy with her care. Everyone is always there to help and deals with kindness and warmth with the residents.
Plenty of parking is a great plus and gardens at the back help too.

Overall Experience

We were fortunate to have found Sancroft Community Care for our mum four years ago, who had dementia and other ailments. Doctors gave her only six months to live due to her medical conditions. It was due to the tender, loving care and affection given to her by the Care Centre workers that our mother

lived for four more years.
We wish to thank each and every staff member at Sancroft for their support and for being there for our family. A special thanks to the staff of house 6A for going above and beyond their call of duty to have cared for our mother and kept her in comfort throughout her stay there.

Overall Experience

Overall Experience

The day we received a call from my father's social worker to say he will be moved to a new care home, Sancroft, I must say that the family was very nervous due to the fact we had a stressful last few months at another care home. But the moment we stepped into Sancroft, all that changed! Sancroft is

amazing, and the staff and manager are very helpful and professional. My father is smiling again! I recommend this care home.

Overall Experience

My father was moved to Sancroft care home on 5th January 23 after a horrible three months spent in a different care home in the area! I would like to express my gratitude for all the care and kindness provided to my father since his move there. Great service and positive experience. The staff are very

friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager is outstanding - very professional, most approachable, and always on hand to listen to the resident/family requests. Other care home managers need to take note on how a carehome should be run! We are most thankful, and we can see how caring and passionate you are through your management. I would definitely recommend Sancroft to care home seekers.

Overall Experience

I visited Sancroft on many occasions to visit my aunt. She spent four very happy years there. Whilst dementia is a cruel disease, all the carers treated her with dignity, respect, patience and compassion that she fully deserved. The other residents were delightful too, and you can tell it is a warm

and friendly home from the moment you walk in. My dad was in a care home before his passing, and I can assure you it was nowhere near the same. I will miss visiting Sancroft Hall.

Thank you to the manager; from arrival, you managed my father-in-law so well; he was overwhelmed by your kindness, and as a family, we were reassured by

your professional manner and ability to put everyone at ease at a challenging time for us. The facilities were so clean, pleasant and well-maintained. My father-in-law's room was spacious, clean and looked after so well. I met my granny after many, many years and came all the way from India. I was so, so happy to see her content, and the purpose of life in her is still so high. Great! This is a home, not just a care house. The relatives among the caretakers are all grannies and grandfathers are so, so good. If you want

I have been many times. Our mum is always so happy. It's a breath of fresh air to see that she is cared for so well. She is so happy and well cared for. This home is outstanding. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and caring. Daily activities, including exercise to sustain body and mind.
