Sweetcroft Care Home is a boutique care home set in the heart of Hillingdon and Uxbridge and offers dementia care, residential care, respite and day care.

Leaving home can be a challenging time, so to ensure the smoothest transition, Sweetcroft Care Home boasts an authentic ‘home from home’ experience to help new residents settle. Offering care for only a maximum of 21, the select group of residents can comfortably interact and form new bonds.

The bedroom suites are designed to give residents luxury, privacy and independence. All rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with beautiful oak furniture and the majority of the bedrooms have an en-suite. All bedrooms and en-suites have a nurse call point system which offers residents rapid access to a carer 24 hours a day.

There are two separate lounges in which to socialise and enjoy the company of fellow residents. One of which is a quiet lounge, so there is plenty of opportunity for private moments by yourself or with your loved ones too.

At Sweetcroft, they recognise the importance of activities and invest a lot of time in making sure you're loved ones enjoy every day. With dedicated activities co-ordinators, there is a full programme of events on a daily basis, many of which actively encourage participation from family, friends and the local community.

In beautiful surroundings, with a team of carers who are passionate about what they do each day and by aiming for excellence in every area, the care home makes the experience of living in a care home a fantastic life experience, as well as the best place to receive exceptional care.

  • SweetCroft Residential Care Home welcomes visitors throughout the day but would recommend allowing the residents to enjoy their meal times. Please note that lunch time is from 12:30 – 1:30 pm and supper time is from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. You can meet them in the lounge, in the conservatory, in the garden or in their bedrooms. And of course you are very welcome to go out with them whenever you like.

Sweetcroft is more like a "Home from Home" rather than a care home. The staff are attentive to individual needs and there is always a family feel in the home. Since the home has been taken over by the new owners, the home has improved immensely from staffing to decoration and renovations.

My nan has been at Sweetcroft for 3 years now and I couldn't praise the home enough, even more so since the new management have been in place. The care she now receives is second to none and it gives our family great peace of mind knowing how well looked after she is. The home is very family orientated
and this is reflected in the relationships between staff and residents.

The staff are caring and attentive. Mum feels safe and content and the staff keep her social skills intact as they spend time chatting and listening to her stories.
The staff feel like family members. Many improvements happening in the home at present so we are looking forward to seeing the finished
product. I would recommend highly purely on the care mum receives and the communication with the staff.

Harry has been in the care industry for nearly 26 years and brings with him a wide range of experience. He has worked in many varied roles at a senior level for both the NHS and private care sector. Needless to say that Harry is very highly qualified for the position as registered care home manager and looks forward to working with residents, staff and community colleagues alike.


Harry firmly believe that happy residents leads to a happy workforce and he is passionate in ensuring the highest possible standard of care is delivered. This is evident in our recruitment and retention of staff as Sweetcroft is well known for its long staff service.


Harry is determined to strive for excellence and wants the home to become a model for high standards of care not only in Middlesex, but across London. Harry is also passionate about staff training, innovation in care and person centred care for all of the residents.
