I am extremely satisfied with the care provided for my mother-in-law and I feel assured she is safe and well attended. The manager and her deputy lead a team of dedicated carers in a friendly, helpful and responsible manner.

Julia has worked in the care sector for over 30 years, and at Sydmar Lodge since 2016. Prior to this, she worked as a Regional Manager for a large corporate care organisation, covering 9 care homes and 13 day centres. Julia is passionate about resident care, and missed the direct contact with people and their families, which is why she returned to Home Management, and chose Sydmar Lodge as it has always been known for it's family oriented atmosphere.
