My mother is extremely happy at Wilhelmina House. She enjoys the varied activities and musical entertainment. The staff is very kind and caring. She enjoys the beautiful garden. I know that she is safe and happy, which is a huge relief.

I was very impressed with Wilhelmina House Care Home. We were greeted with kindness and efficiency throughout my husband's stay in respite. The staff and carers were also kind and helpful to us both. I noticed that there were lots of activities and events daily. The food I saw served looked delicious
and the residents seemed to be enjoying it. I'm sure your loved ones will be very well cared for here.

Wilhelmina House provides a clean, calm, comfortable and caring home environment for its residents. There's plenty of space and light, good facilities, a lovely garden and well-planned activities. On each of my visits there, I found the staff to be very kind and helpful - and working well as a team.
The residents also seemed to be happy and content. The food is good and refreshments are provided between meals. I attended a summer garden party event there which was very well organized and great fun, with live music, a magician and raffle prizes. I would highly recommend this care home.

I discovered this 'truly amazing' residential/care home last year - searching online for three weeks residential respite care following a total hip replacement.
So impressed, I had no hesitation in looking another respite stay nine months later, following a total knee replacement.
The surroundings
are light/open with lovely gardens.
Carers are pleasant/helpful and dedicated. Daily stimulating activities all day if required and bucketloads of TLC!

We had looked at several different residential homes before coming across Wilhelmina House and were so relieved that Wilhelmina House had a vacancy because it was head and shoulders above other homes we had seen.
It is clean and has been newly refurbished and is excellent value for money. The real
and most important difference is the staff group. Everyone is friendly, interested, genuinely caring and very good at their jobs.

My mother became a resident of Wilhelmina House (WH) earlier this year and soon settled in thanks to the support and kindness of the staff. She is very well cared for and says she feels very safe and happy. It is an absolute pleasure to visit WH as it feels like one big family. In my opinion, WH is
an exceptional residential home mostly due to the calibre of the staff.

I am a friend of a previous resident of Wilhelmina House who has moved to a home with more nursing care. I still visit Wilhelmina House once or twice a week and join in the excellent activities provided by the activities manager. The comfortable house has beautiful gardens front and back. The staff
are very cheerful and caring and every day there are various activities for the residents. I can't fault Wilhelmina House, the food, rooms, activities, facilities and staff are excellent.

I started as a Care Assistant and I was supported to progress my career to Home Manager. Wilhelmina House, residents and staff alike are like a family to me.
