Welcoming, a great friendly feel to the home, clean.
Staff always helpful and cheerful, also office and management the same.
I was so sad to move my friend due to needing special care.
If ever I need a care home I would love to go to Wilhelmina House for their care and love that is given to residents
and family.

I used to visit a neighbour who lived alone but broke her hip a few years ago and became a resident of Wilhelmina House. Later she moved to another home as she needed more nursing care.


I visit Wilhelmina House usually once a week and help if needed and join in the activities which are many.


The

house is very comfortable with a beautiful extensive garden where the residents can sit out in the summer. There are a variety of activities for the residents provided by an excellent activities manager which includes visits and entertainment.


The staff are wonderful, caring and cheerful and the whole ethos of the house is the happiness of the residents.

Overall this is a well run and excellent residential care home. The care staff are great with residents and visitors and always appear cheerful. My mother and all our family feel she is well cared for. Mum occasionally gets unwanted (but not unfriendly) visits from a confused resident, which needs to
be monitored. Excellent social activities, some of which Mum enjoys. A very good move for her!

My cousin has lived here for five years and in all that time she has been treated very well as my assessment of the ratings show.
The home represents extremely good value for money and the staff and management are extremely welcoming and friendly.
