My husband suffers from Alzheimer's. He was admitted to Hepworth House on 20th September. The following day the staff rang me to say that he'd become violent, attacking his carer and disturbing other residents. After a hasty meeting with our social workers and psychiatrist, it was decided to give him
Respiradone. He was returned to Hepworth House on Thursday 23rd where he stayed till 4th October. My husband was assigned his own carer who accompanied him on walks. He participated in activities, interacted with other residents and seemed settled. The staff were friendly and showed care and support.

Mum has been very well cared for at Hepworth House. She has had lots of health problems related to diabetes and also had a serious stroke during lockdown. As I was unable to visit her, it was reassuring to know that she was being well looked after. I have always been able to ring the staff at any time
to get updates on her health and to ask questions, and all staff have been friendly and helpful.
