The management and majority of the staff are excellent and cater for mum and dad's needs. I do feel at times that there is a shortage of staff and the residents can be left unmonitored for extended periods, that said I am aware that the management are trying to rectify this situation and I do feel that
things are improving.
Overall I'm happy for my parents to be here.

The White House staff supported during the last years of her life. The change of management had a huge positive impact on the level of customer service, and information received. Other key members of staff gave particular help to mum as an individual to address her needs and ours.

My father has been there for nine months and has always been well looked after. We are pleased with all the staff but have seen a great improvement since the arrival of the manager.

I was concerned leaving my mother as it was the first time she had been left anywhere on her own, the management and staff put my concerns to rest. I feel my mother enjoyed her stay. When I collected my mother she looked very well, which I was so happy about.

The care our mother/ mother-in-law received in the last months were profound. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, always a warm heartfelt welcome.
My mother-in-law was in care at the White House for nearly two years over that period, as a family we saw constant progress. No one
likes to put family loved ones into care, but to have reassurance that staff do the job with a passion is a big comfort.

Since the new managers arrival there has been a noticeable improvement in the care of my mother. The meeting and greeting on arrival for visiting is much more welcoming and the offer of tea and biscuits and comfortable seating arrangements in a quiet area is much appreciated.

My mother moved into The White House two and a half years ago, just before her 82nd birthday. She has been very happy there and the staff have shown her a lot of love and kindness during that time. Her Parkinson's has now advanced so that she needs much more help from the carers, but the staff are doing
their utmost to adapt to this new situation and are always happy to talk to me about current concerns and to answer questions during my frequent visits.

The White House was recommended to us by a friend and we haven't been disappointed. It has a lovely homely atmosphere and the staff are excellent. dad has settled well and feels safe and cared for. We can relax in the knowledge that dad is being looked after.

I have always been impressed with The White House. My mother has been a resident for over a year. She is very happy to reside there. The staff are extremely kind, always happy and seem to really care about the residents. The location is really nice, in a quiet village with local amenities.

My family and myself are so happy with the White House as they have made my dads stay with them so nice. Its a weight off our minds when we leave him we know he is being looked after how we would want him to be and he is very safe. The staff see to his every needs and it has made our worries of him
much less, knowing he is fine when we are not there.

The care provided for mum is first class. The home is kept clean and in particular mum's room is cleaned daily. The housekeeping in respect of laundry and clothing could be improved. I often find clothes belonging to other residents in my mothers room. Her wardrobe and clothes drawers are always in
need of tidying up. The most important part of the home being the personal care of my mother has been excellent for over 5 years.
