The overall care is satisfactory, but it does seem that the staff do very long shifts, sometimes back to back. Due to this things seem to get overlooked, like removing dentures, hearing aids, to which my mother-in-law has had two sets of dentures lost, her hearing aid washed and brace, to which we had
to flag up! Management are poor and communication is very poor. The general staff we feel are good.

We are sorry to hear that Mr Flitton believes we are not meeting the standards we set ourselves, since receiving this review we have invited Mr Flitton and his wife to a meeting to discuss the concerns held and to plan a way forward. From this meeting we have come to an agreement on changes to Mr Flitton's loved ones care plan and we sincerely hope that this will show the improvements we are looking for.
