Thank you for your feedback. We look forward to provide regular newsletters with information on our activities/outings and improvements to the service that are planned. We have significant plans regarding the environment and bedrooms via planning permission being submitted to the council. Our deputy manager and activities lead are currently overseeing new menus being implemented according to the wishes expressed at the resident's meeting.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the improvement of facilities, we have had two planning permissions declined by the local authority and we intend to resubmit this in order to advance with plans (however this is taking a long time to achieve an approved scheme.) We continue to make internal improvements and this year, so far, have installed UPVC windows to all of the first floor, new side fence, a new upstairs wet room and are currently refurbishing the WC facilities. We intend to re-submit the revised planning application this month, in July 2024, and will keep you updated directly.
