My father was at Bartlett's from November 2018 until he passed away on the 26th of June 2022, and all four of us siblings could not have been happier with the way our lovely dad was cared for, and we were also all very well looked after by the Bartletts team, thank you, thank you, thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful in all matters. The standards are very high. Residents and families are treated like one big family. Everyone has time to stop and talk, which is very important in a care home environment.

My father has been a resident since November 2019. The care has been exceptional during his whole time. It is like a home-from-home environment. The team are so caring, professional and compassionate. Knowing that my father is being cared for has always been an absolute feeling of trust that he is being
well looked after. Not only is my father well cared for, but his family too whilst we are seeing him go through end of life. The team have been wonderful in meeting Dad's and our needs.

Our aunty lost her husband in November 2019 and life for her was very lonely, by July 2020 aunty decided she would like to go into care. It was a very difficult time for the family, we wanted to give her all the support that we could, but we were in the middle of Covid-19. I'm so pleased we found Bartlett's
she has found care companionship and a place to call home.

I had passed by Bartlett's on my way to visit my mum for many years. It was on my radar, but I never took a close look, except online. I was really impressed by what I saw and read. During the Covid pandemic, Mum had a fall, and it was decided she was unable to live alone anymore. Bartlett's had space,
and we did a Zoom tour. It looked perfect for Mum, and so we suggested she gave "the cruise ship, on land" a try. Mum has now been a resident for well over a year. Even with the many Covid restrictions, the level of care has been exceptional. The staff treat every resident not only as a "family" member but also as an individual and tailor their care according to changing needs. Staff are always happy to help, and the atmosphere, in all respects, is great. The gardens and views are fantastic! I have no hesitation in recommending Bartlett's, in fact, I already have.

Mum has been very happy at Bartlett's and we are really pleased we chose it as her residential home. Mum's room is very nice with a wonderful view. She has all the facilities she needs. The grounds are beautiful and extensive. Mum has been able to benefit from the lovely weather and enjoys being taken
outside. All the staff have been very kind and caring and they have looked after Mum very well. We have very much appreciated all their help. Activities are laid on and Mum has taken advantage of them from time to time.

We have nothing but praise for the care and attention received by our mother at Bartlett's. Every member of staff was always friendly and welcoming. In the early days, we enjoyed some lovely walks with mum in the grounds and were all able to appreciate the surroundings at summer parties. We had some
delicious lunches with mum and the chef cooked vegetarian meals especially for us. When we took her away for an outing mum wouldn't remember Bartlett's at all but as soon as we returned she relaxed and felt at home. Bartlett's was a perfect place for mum.

I chose Bartlett's Residential Care Home for my aunt in 2013. She was welcomed when she arrived and helped to settle over the following weeks during which she was rather confused and disorientated but she settled and had been very content here ever since. The staff are respectful and kind at all times
and always make time for both residents and visitors. The home is very welcoming and clean and safe and staff always make the effort to be welcoming at all times both day and night. Bartlett's Residential Care Home is very much a home and I am very very pleased with the care my aunt received for the final years of her life.
