My mother has been a resident of Burlington Hall for just over a year now and to be honest with you, I can’t fault the place in any way, she’s really happy. I feel very welcome there, the manager and her team do an amazing job and the place has a very friendly and upbeat feel to it. I would recommend
this place to anyone.

My mother has been looked after very well and treated with patience and kindness and is very happy living in Burlington Hall. The staff are always on hand to discuss any matters that arise. With regards to value for money, I am not in a position to compare with any other care homes.

I have found the atmosphere very positive at Burlington Hall where my elderly aunt has been a resident since December 2019. Although she is suffering from dementia and can be difficult at times, the staff are extremely kind and manage her daily living in a respectful way to make her as happy as possible.
They are always welcoming when I visit and keep me informed when necessary about changes in her health and wellbeing.

My husband has been resident in Burlington Hall for the past two years. He has vascular dementia and is not always the easiest of men to care for. I am so impressed with the patient way in which he is dealt with by the staff who care for him, especially when he isn't very cooperative. The staff are
always very welcoming and make sure that we are given any information about his behaviour since the previous visit. In the early days, he would spend time in the lounge with other residents and staff; a very pleasant experience, as one could watch the interaction between residents and staff and sometimes share in the fun. However, he is now very much a recluse, spending most of his time in his room, including meal times. The staff treat him and I with dignity, remember my preferences in hot drinks and go out of their way to make sure I still feel part of his life.

Mum has recently been moved to a nursing home, as her care needs have become too complex for Burlington. However, in the (almost year) that mum has been a resident of Burlington, I have nothing but praise for the staff and the care provided for mum. The Dementia ward which my mum was on was very pleasant,
I particularly liked spending time with mum on the bridge section, which was very light, and had a relaxed feel to it. We found the staff very welcoming on our many visits, they would always ask if we wanted a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits. The care home provides a tranquil setting for its residents, Woburn Sands is a very nice area, and the Dementia ward being set back from the main road means it is void of traffic noise, and you can hear the birds chirping if the window is open. I would like to take this opportunity to again thank all of the staff at Burlington for their professionalism and dedication and would recommend this home for anyone looking for Dementia care for their loved ones.

What can I say about this amazing care home. My brother entered Burlington Hall on the 3rd June, due to being unable to live on his own any longer. He was 89 years old. The owner, manager, and all the staff made both him and myself feel so very welcome and he settled in very quickly. He kept saying
nothing was too much for them and always saying how good the food was and praising everyone. Unfortunately, he began to deteriorate quite quickly. This was when I saw the other side of the care and everyone went over and above the care he should have received. He was taken into hospital and died there on July 28th. I cannot praise everyone at Burlington Hall enough for making my brother's last days so very happy. I will never forget your kindness and intend to keep in touch. God bless you all.

My wonderful partner was in Burlington Hall sadly only for three weeks before he passed away in January 2022. In that three weeks, they showed him and myself so much kindness, support and love, which we can never thank everybody so much for. They were all simply the best, well done, a great team. Take

Fantastic caring staff who make Burlington Hall a great home for my mother. She is very happy there and always compliments the staff which in itself is the best endorsement.
I’ve had to chase a few key items like the toilet flush and phone not working which is frustrating and has affected my scoring
to reflect this.
However, on balance, my mother's day-to-day care is what matters most and this is carried out very well. I can’t fault the staff and all they do to make my mother very comfortable and looked after - thank you.

My dearest friend was at Burlington for three months last year and was looked after so well! She was made very welcome and could have had a lovely life there but after her beloved partner passed, she gave up on life! The staff were so caring and tried in vain to get her to eat, nothing was too much

My Dad received fantastic care in Burlington Hall. The leadership is expert, compassionate and caring and this filters down throughout the team. All staff were absolutely amazing and in the short time my Dad was there, we grew close to them all. The respect they showed my parents, kindness and compassion,
attention to detail and nursing standard care was outstanding. We will always remember them.

Both my In-Laws were in Burlington Hall until my mother-in-law recently passed away. They take such great care of everyone in there making sure they are well cared for medically and emotionally and keep us well informed. They make us feel at home when we visited and now take great care of my father-in-law
and understand his loss. Everyone is treated with the greatest of respect and keep them well entertained. The manager and all the staff are wonderful and so friendly you never feel like a burden. We are so glad we chose this care home and would recommend it to anyone.

Burlington Hall is always very clean, warm and inviting. The staff are always very helpful, warm and welcoming. The care home is very well managed with patient care in mind. Excellent staff who are caring and quick to sort out any issues. Link with the local Doctor's Surgery is excellent and any health
issues are rapidly dealt with. Individual rooms are kept very clean, are well furnished and maintained. Food and drink are excellent and mealtimes are always looked forward to by my father-in-law.
