My 84-year-old mother in declining health settled into Burlington Hall surprisingly quickly. The staff are always very kind and know exactly how to act/react to her to meet her needs. The burden of caring for her has been lifted from me so that I can just enjoy the time I have with her. Now my mother's
health is improving, she is putting on weight, making friends and taking an interest in things. She enjoys activities and there are lots of things going on which stimulate her. Her personal comfort and individual needs are met. She is very happy and I cannot thank ALL the staff enough. The garden is superb, the cleaners keep her room lovely, all the carers are lovely, the food is excellent and the management are always looking to help - it is an excellent home. Thank you.

My father has settled extremely well since being here. He is calm and contented.
The staff are very patient and caring and make the residents and relatives feel very welcome.
The activities are very good, there is always something to do.
Very happy that dad is being well cared for at Burlington.

My relative moved to Burlington Hall in December 2015. Burlington Hall had prepared for his arrival which included a two-hour appointment at the hospital prior to arrival. Throughout his stay, our relative was very well cared for. If only there were more care homes with the same ethos.

It never easy making a decision to move ones parents from their home to a care home but the staff and the facilities a Burlington Hall made that slightly easier. My mother has been there just over a year now and we are impressed by the caring nature of the staff. They are always available, I have
visited various times of the day and days of the week, and have taken the time to get to know the special needs of my Mum.


The facility is secure, clean and safe. They work well with the local doctors and take care when medications are given.


I would highly recommend.
