Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not fully satisfied with the home. I will pick each of these issues up immediately. The tables and chairs in the music room are cleaned every evening. However during the day they can get soiled particularly at meal times. I will make sure we are doing even more to meet your expectations.

She would join in the many activities that are provided throughout the week and enjoyed the outings to Panto, shopping and regular summer parties .
