I came into a care home setting over 12 1/2 years ago and worked my way up with support from office manager to manager. I absolutely love my job, lovely residents and staff.
Job Title: Senior Care
I have been a Senior Carer since 2023.
I love my job, I find it rewarding & I am proud to support the individuals in our care.
Job Title: IPC Lead
I like being a housekeeper because I get to know and help all the residents and I enjoy being in my job role as IPC lead.
Job Title: Leisure & Wellness

I am quite new to the role but I am really enjoying it.
I particularly like facilitating games for the residents - carpet bowls can be quite competitive at times.
