Thank you for your feedback. We have an open-door policy and encourage all family members to speak to us at any time, to resolve any issues they may have within a timely manner. We encourage family members to keep all of their loved ones' valuables in their possession, rather than bringing them into the home. As I am sure you understand, that sometimes residents misplace items, or they are wearing them when they have a hospital visit, where they can also be misplaced. Chiropodist visits were booked in December 2021 and in February 2022, but of course, residents do have the right to refuse to see the chiropodist, if they don't want to see them.
