Thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to inform you that all the issues have been addressed and everything is now fixed. The toilet flush is functioning properly, the seat has been raised to the appropriate desired level, and the water in the basin has been topped up and constantly monitered. Additionally, the assisted bath and showers are all in good working order.

Given her condition it’s been a credit to our staff, their hard work and commitment, to have met the challenges of caring for her and other residents during the difficult times of the pandemic period. It’s also a credit to Delamer that we remained Covid free for 10 months until January 2021. Management has worked very hard not just looking after her but also the staff.

Julie has been the manager at Delamer House for over 18 years.
She manages a team of over 40 staff and many of our staff have been with us for a number of years.
