In June 2020, Corner Lodge became a Gold Standards Framework Accredited Home for the provision of person-centred end of life care every individual deserves.

Corner Lodge is a very good care home considering all the challenges they face at this time. I try to visit my mum once a week, and the staff are helpful with regard to this. This is a very busy home but the staff do their very best with most residents having dementia of some sort. I would recommend
this care home to others.

All the carers are amazing and nothing is too much. Phone calls are accepted with correct information straight away. Mum is calmer and happier since starting Corner Lodge. We are very happy with the care mum is receiving. Everyone is happy and a joy to be around.

Since my Dad has been at Corner Lodge he is very happy, always clean shaven, hair cut, and clothes very clean. Staff go beyond their duties to help Dad, very understanding to every care for dad and residents and meeting the needs of Dad and residents.

We are always made to feel welcome. My mum is well cared for and it is always taken into account about her need for privacy. She is not a sociable person but is never forced to join in. Carers are fantastic and any issues are always dealt with.
