Since Stow Healthcare taking over last Autumn you will have noticed many changes beginning to take shape, with a massive financial investment in the home, such as multiple new bathrooms, many renovated bedrooms and stunning new communal spaces that will be launched in May this year. We have recruited new activity team members who are working on a new programme to provide a variety of activities across the summer. Judith started her career in the healthcare sector over 26 years ago gaining valuable skills and knowledge working in a variety of care settings. She has managed both residential and nursing homes in Essex and Suffolk and is passionate about her role as a home manager. Judith has supported homes through transitions and rebuilds, she also worked as a support manager, mentoring new managers in their roles, and improving compliance to achieve good ratings across the CQC 5 standards.
