Our approach can be found on our website under ‘Feedback’ and is readily available in our care home. We encourage residents and families to use our feedback process and to speak directly to the home team in the first instance as this ensures prompt resolution of any concerns. We also have alternative ways of reporting concerns, should you wish to speak to someone else.
