I have been a Deputy Manager at Madelayne Court since 2011.
The best thing about my job is that I get to be a part of an amazing team at Madelayne.
I have been given an award for employee of the month, and that was such an honour to receive.
When I’m not working at Madelayne, I enjoy working in my garden, shopping, and playing golf, as well as having my grandkids around.
The fun fact about me is that I have had a hole-in-one and had an eagerness in golfing.

When I’m not cooking, I like gaming, decorating my home, as well as gardening.
The fun fact about me is that I have met CJ Jackson, who is the CEO of Billingsgate Seafood School.

I have just started working at Madelayne Court this year as a Lifestyle Coordinator.
The best thing about my job is hanging out with all the residents.
I’m working towards my apprenticeship in Level 2 in Adult Care.
When I have some spare time, I like to cook and shop.

I joined Madelayne Court as a care assistant in 2022. In addition to this job, I work as a Lifestyle Coordinator.

In my spare time, I attend church, and I love making different arts & crafts bits.

I started at Madelayne Court as a carer in 2012, and now I’m the Administrator of the home.
The best thing about my job is that I get to meet new families as they come in, and my door is always open for staff and families to have a chat with.
The award I have won is Employee of the Month for December 2023, and I was very overwhelmed by this award.
A fun fact about me is that growing up, I used to live in Papua New Guinea, which is just above Australia.
In my spare time, I enjoy meeting up with my family, going on the back of my husband's motorbike, and watching movies.

I am the receptionist at Madelayne Court.
I started working at Madelayne in 2008. In my time at home, I have gained experience in a number of roles and have achieved NVQ 2 qualifications in team leading and health and social.
I love working at Madelayne and feel the home is not only a workplace but a family support unit for all staff and residents.
The thing I like most about my job is being a part of the team and making a difference to not only the residents but the families too.
Fun fact about me: the first time I went on a plane was in my 30s.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family, watching documentaries, and reading books.

I started as a care assistant in 2023, and now I’m working as a Care Team Leader at Madelayne Court.
The best thing about my job is that I get to help residents in need and try to make their lives a bit better and make them smile a lot.
I have had an award of employee of the month, which I never thought I would get, and I was very happy to receive this.
In my spare time, I enjoy long walks with my wife and spending time with friends.
A fun fact about me is that I’m not good at dancing.
