- Visiting hours flexible and open throughout the day.
- Designated protected meal times to ensure residents receive proper nutrition. Please refrain from visiting during meal times to allow residents to enjoy their meals peacefully.
- Meal Times: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

As the new manager I can understand your frustration when managers leave but am delighted to have joined the team and look forward to getting to know you. I began my career in care in 2008 as a care assistant. From then on I knew this was the career for me - I just love working with the elderly. My Health and Social Care in Leadership and Management qualification has supported me with my career progression and I am so pleased to be using my experience at Old Shenfield Place.
I love to listen to people, and I feel this is the way you make a real difference. I strive to provide high-quality care and ensure all of our residents receive personalised care in a warm and welcoming environment.
There is such a lovely care team at Old Shenfield, with many of the team having worked here for many many years. I look forward to my future here and to meeting residents and their families. Pop in for a cup of tea to meet me soon!

I previously worked at CQC and have a real passion for working with older people and having their voices heard and experiences the best they can be.
