Our fees are dependant on the type of funding i.e. private of socially funded, the needs of the individual and the type of room they would like i.e. large, small, en-suite etc.
The fees paid cover all care needs, utilities, meals, activities, management and administration of medicines, and the bedroom.
There may be additional costs for things such as hairdressing, chiropody, theatre visits, toiletries etc.
Visitors are welcome to visit at any time of the day or evening. Penny Pot asks that visitors sign in, upon arrival, and sign out when leaving. This is for fire safety reasons.
Visitors may be asked to provide ID, if a healthcare professional or an individual not met before.
Visitors are allowed to bring in dogs for their relative, and encourage visitors to bring children along with them i.e. if relatives have grandchildren etc.
There is parking available outside the home, however, there is a time limit. There are parking facilities around town and along the seafront and adjoining roads.
Should visitors know in advance that they will be spending a long period of time at the home, then arrangements may be made (where possible) for them to use the homes' forecourt.
