My Dad has been at the care home for 2 weeks. They have been there for him and made him feel very welcome and he has settled and accepts this is his home. Not only have the staff been very kind and adapted to Dad's needs but the manager has also been involved with his care and needs, they have always
been there for up-dates and talk about anything and everything and Dad is always included and feels comfortable chatting and talking about things as well. Thank you. I would like to add that my dad is not keen on activities but always offered but make time for one-to-one chats that he loves.

This home is beautiful. The staff are kind and caring and I know my mum is safe there. I can sleep peacefully at night, knowing she is safe. Every member of staff is special, their hearts are kind, they always interact with my mum and the other residents. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The rooms are
clean and nothing is too much for the staff. The chef and kitchen staff are amazing, the activities lady is very informative and encourages residents to participate, only if they wish. My mum was traumatised in a previous home, so I cannot thank Spring Lodge for welcoming my mum and making her feel safe and loved.
Also, the gardens are lovely and we can take mum outside to enjoy the pretty flowers, trees and gardens. Thank you.

As previously mentioned, my mother, now 97, was always very independent and followed a strict daily routine and has found it difficult to sometimes adapt, and now her eyesight, hearing and mobility are deteriorating, she finds socialising harder. The staff have been very kind and caring towards her
and keeping me informed of any problems that have arisen. She seems to have settled now and although she does not join in many activities, she is looking forward to Christmas there.

My mother-in-law is happy to spend short spells of time in Spring Lodge whilst we have a holiday. She seems to enjoy the company and change of scenery. She says all the staff are very kind and helpful. It's lovely that whilst she has a stay she can have supported baths which she is unable to do in our
house.

Came to visit my sister, residents were having lunch at the time. All the staff were very busy serving meals etc. All the residents appeared happy and some said hello to me. The dining room was very clean, staff all had masks and aprons on. I took my sister out for dinner and on return, the staff were
very pleasant, but again quite busy dealing with residents. Spring Lodge is a lovely, clean non-smelly care home!

From initial enquiry to departure, our parents were treated with respect and excellent care. The home was relaxed, clean and tidy and well run. The team were kind and thoughtful all the time, nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay, and would not hesitate for my parents to stay again. In

Not had much experience of care homes. I am extremely pleased with the care given. The staff are very caring, professional and efficient. The weekly updates are much appreciated. The home is always clean and tidy. Altogether, a very well run home. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

I visited my mother today; prior to my visits, the day was booked in advance. I was screened by way of Coronavirus; a lateral flow test, in which I waited for the results in 30-minutes. I'm happy with Spring Lodge following the safety measures and are in place. I saw my mom with a clear screen shield
between us to adhere to the social distancing/no contact rules. Mom is very much happy living in Spring Lodge. The staff are friendly, and I know and feel she is getting great care.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Spring Lodge who cared for my Auntie for the best part of seven years. The home is always clean, the meals are first class, and the care given is with compassion and empathy. The rooms are clean, tidy, and there is a real homely feel about
the place. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager and her team, and I could not recommend Spring Lodge highly enough.

I think very highly of this home. The strongest element is the staff and management, all of whom are highly diligent, professional and caring, with very positive attitudes. Visits by relatives, especially Sunday lunch are encouraged. Food is good and varied. Entertainments and activities are usually
organised every day (I write as lockdown due to the virus continues thus affecting this aspect). The premises are converted from a residential type property so think cosy rather than clinical. The Home has good contacts with the local GP practice and it is easier for my father to get seen here than from outside. My father's mobility, hearing and sight have been deteriorating steadily, and great efforts have been made to deal with this. Altogether, very pleased with the service.
