Thank you for taking the time to consider Stafford Hall; My name is Michelle and I am the Home Manager.
I started working for Runwood Homes in 2014 as an administrator and have progressed to home manager during that time. I am very proud to work for the company and proud of all that we have achieved since joining Stafford Hall in January 2024; especially our GOOD CQC rating which we achieved in June 2024 which is a testament to the team and the hardwork and dedication they put into their role and the standards we strive for.
Stafford Hall has 31 rooms and is situated in a peaceful residential area in Benfleet with a large well-maintained garden and decked seating area that our residents and families can enjoy. All our rooms are spacious and bright and we pride ourselves in providing a homely and familiar atmosphere for our residents.
We strive to make each individual resident stay with us personal to them to enhance their physical and emotional well-being. We have a wonderful team of staff who offer a high standard of care and encourage our residents to partake in activities like bingo, quizzes, and arts and crafts. We have regular theme days, days out and entertainers, which families are always welcome to join in with. Please do contact us if you would like to have an informal chat or a tour around our beautiful grounds.
