My father stayed here for 6 weeks respite care as an emergency. The staff were lovely, there was a real friendly family atmosphere, but with professionalism at the same time. My father would describe staff to me as ‘wonderful’ and he was very happy with the meals there! I was able to visit whenever
I wanted and take Dad out, staff would always have him ready for me. The staff are so friendly, approachable and professional I would thoroughly recommend.

Very caring staff who treat all residents with kindness and a warm homely family atmosphere in the home. I am very satisfied with the level of care given to my relative.

When my Dad was admitted to the Swan Care Home earlier this year, it has to be said that I was, to say the least, a little concerned and more than a little concerned about his continued welfare given that we live in excess of 200 miles away and would not be able to visit on a regular basis.
Today,
many months later, our concerns are very much unfounded. I have not seen my Dad so happy and healthy for several years. It seems that each time we visit him he is more settled and has a lovely relationship with the other guests and all of the staff who are so kind and understanding with him.

Our friends, who live local to the home visit my Dad on occasions and they always tell us of how he is so very happy and healthy.
Every thing is taken care of by the home from quality medical care , excellent food choice, (my Dad always did love good food) and his overall wellbeing.

Thankyou Swan Care Home for giving me peace of mind as well.
