I live in the USA and I am visiting my mum. I am very impressed with Sweyne Court but importantly, I love all of the staff. They are so friendly and caring to my mum and other residents. When I am at home, I call to speak to my mum everyday by telephone. I am always greeted by all of the staff in a
professional manner. They are all very kind to my mum and that means everything to me.

Mum settled into Sweyne Court very well and we always had a lot of confidence in the staff for the love, care and support they gave her. Particularly over the last couple of days, her needs were studied 100 and the staff also looked after us.

My mum has been at Sweyne Court for 3 years. She is extremely happy living there. She is very well cared for. She enjoys the food which is freshly cooked and delicious. The lifestyle coordinator provides an excellent range of activities for residents which Mum enjoys. She really likes the in-house activities.
But the lifestyle coordinator also arranges many visitors from the local community such as regular visits from the local school and church. She also takes the residents out for shopping trips or trips to the seaside. All staff are totally dedicated to the care of the residents. They treat residents with care and respect at all times. All staff are welcoming to residents visiting. They keep me well-informed about my mum. This is a wonderful home with exceptional staff.

My mum went into Sweyne Court for respite whilst I was on holiday. Having visited the home previously, I was convinced this was the right place for Mum to stay. On arrival, she was greeted by a friendly member of the team. He made her feel very welcome. On collecting Mum, she was happy and relaxed.
She was clean and nicely dressed. Even though Mum has Alzheimer's, she didn't appear upset in any way. I was very impressed and booked again already.

What a wonderful experience it was to visit my old friend at Sweyne Court who sadly has advanced dementia and does not remember me but it was abundantly clear how well she was being looked after. She was bright and happy and looked very smart. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. We had tea and
biscuits in the 'quiet room' which is so lovely. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy and there was a general feeling of cam, warmth and care. Sweyne Court has certainly got it right. 10/10.

Sweyne Court is a very clean, comfortable care home. The staff and management are polite, caring and helpful, treating the residents with respect and dignity. The dining and lounge areas are tidy and clean, with the decor nice and bright. The resident's room is good - clean and comfortable. Overall,
in my opinion, the care home is a safe environment for residents, is well-maintained and professionally run, and the residents are treated with kindness and compassion.

My mum has been in Sweyne Court for three years. She has always been looked after really well there, and is always happy and chatty with the staff, despite her dementia. My family are in there visiting on various days throughout the week, so see different shifts and staff dealing with various residents.
We can see that all residents are dealt with kindly and with respect and dignity. In the past, we have had other family members in other care homes and from this viewpoint, we can tell that Mum is definitely getting the best care possible.

Visited the care home a couple of times now, and I found the staff to be so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, offered The Sensory Room for privacy, and I even had tea and biscuits. The home is spotlessly clean, the carers/staff are so kind and professional, and it is a very relaxing
and calm atmosphere. My auntie seems very happy and settled.

My stepfather moved into the care home in May 2023 and sadly passed away relatively soon after in September. The care that the staff showed, particularly during his last days was of great comfort to me and indeed the family. Nothing was too much trouble and he was treated with the utmost respect right
until the end.

We unfortunately only used Sweyne Court services for five months, but during that time we received a high level of care from all the staff. In the final days the level of care was outstanding, with all staff being very respectful throughout. Ultimately, this service helped our family to see how much
the staff care. Above and beyond just a job.
