Thank you for taking the time to write this review, at what must be a difficult time for you all. Where possible, we are dedicated to caring for our residents until their final days at Sweyne Court, so the person can remain in their home. The staff and residents know each other very well and can provide end of life care, reassurance and comfort during this final stage of their life. We understand how important it is to keep the family updated with any changes. The home has recently received a Beacon status with The Gold Standards Framework, for end of life care.
