Great people looking after my mum very well no problems at all all staff are great and look after my mum very well and also all the other residents that are there as I said they are outstanding they also get me updated with mum and the care home

Biffins provides a home for my dad now he is not safe in his own home. Biffins is warm and cosy and the meals are freshly prepared each day. The management are excellent and the staff are happy and competent. The residents are treated with respect and their dignity preserved. All issues are dealt with
swiftly. The carers reassure the residents when they are worried always with patience. Dad is clean, well fed and looked after. We couldn’t ask for more.

I have always found the staff so friendly and compassionate in everything they do in making residents feel comfortable safe and secure. Whenever I visit there are always staff around to offer drinks and biscuits to the residents and the home cooking is really good. There was a Christmas party and the
singer and staff got everyone involved along with a nice buffet.

My dad is currently in Biffins and has dementia, he is cared for very well. All the staff are kind and caring.
He has a nice room and nice food.
The management are excellent and would go out of their way to help us with whatever we needed.

My mother is presently a resident at Biffins Care Home. I am so glad to have found this wonderful home where the decoration of the building is lovely and feels just like a home-from-home atmosphere. From the moment you walk through the front door, it is inviting and welcoming, exceptionally clean and
the home-made food is fantastic. The amazing garden is beautiful and is in full view from the lounge for all to see and enjoy. Lovely to see the many activities throughout the day and even I get involved in some of them! Without a doubt, the staff here are outstanding - they are highly professional, approachable and loving, plus they make you feel part of a family. Christmas time was wonderful, and the party was the best! Thank you, Biffins, for putting the smile back on my mother's face and for making her senior years happy again.

My auntie was a resident at Biffins Care Home in early 2020. The home is extremely welcoming with its decoration and extremely clean. The meals are all prepared freshly every day and I was there quite often to witness this, before the lockdown of course. Auntie had a lovely cosy room with everything
she needed and a telly of course. There is a fantastic garden for the residents to enjoy too.
Now onto the staff, well what can I say. I met most of them I believe, what a great team of hard-working, compassionate and caring people. They always took time to put on activities for the folks. I visited quite a lot before lockdown and was always welcomed, offered a cuppa and even food too, bless them. I felt part of a family there and was looking forward to visiting at Christmas, but alas wasn't able to because of lockdown. I decided to help move my Auntie to Biffins because I'd had 2 friends recommend it to me, as they'd had relatives who had resided there.

Since I moved my cousin into the care home which was six years ago it’s been a pleasure going to visit and all the staff are extremely helpful pleasant the food is certainly excellent and my cousin has been happy there all the time I’m well informed of her medical needs and condition they’ve been excellent
over these last few months year with the coronavirus situation I couldn’t be more pleased with the way they’ve conducted things in a very professional way I have been well informed all the way through it’s what I call caring with love well-done thank you

My mum has been a resident for just over two years and is happy here. During the past difficult year, the staff have done a fantastic job in keeping her safe and well and have kept us updated with any developments which have been happening due to COVID.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing

My mother was a resident at Biffins for nearly three years and throughout her stay, the team of carers were always very responsive to her needs. Any issues were dealt with promptly and effectively. When my mother was confined to bed, the carers always found time to make her comfortable and to raise
her spirits. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and for successfully safeguarding the residents during the coronavirus pandemic.

Mum was transferred from another home but the staff at Biffins are great with her and she has settled in really well. The care she receives is very good and if they think there is a medical problem they are quick to act. They have also ensured that during the pandemic we are able to visit in an enclosed
area. I am very happy and thankful for all their help and efforts during this time.
