My father became ill very suddenly during the pandemic and after some time in hospital was sent to Westminster House for continuing care. Although the care home is not very pretty to look at, I honestly cannot fault the care my father has received since the minute he arrived. My father's behaviour can
be very challenging at times but the staff really do care. He is difficult to communicate with most of the time but he seems very settled and is definitely well looked after. Communication from the staff is excellent, I am often sent photographs of my dad which is lovely and brightens my day. Thank you for caring the way you do in very difficult circumstances.

Thank you, Clare, for your great review.
We love caring for your dad and are glad he has loving relatives like you.
While he can be challenging at times, he has a great sense of humour and can be very charming.
