My mum was cared for since last year she had vascular dementia. I telephoned regularly as was unable to visit. I could tell the staff really cared about my mum by the way they spoke so kindly and with great compassion. They would allow her to speak to me even though she didn’t really know me anymore
but it was wonderful to hear her voice. They were so natural with my mum it was obvious they knew her really well. When I finally got to meet the staff I was not disappointed and to see how beautifully they cared for my mum right to the end was a blessing. I can never thank them enough as they kept my mum safe from Covid so she died peacefully, thank you so much I will never forget your kindness and understanding.
