I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with the experience you had whilst we cared for your dear husband. We have investigated the concerns you have raised and have found that the issues you have highlighted in your review are incorrect and are untrue and are an unfair representation of the facts. Notifications were sent to external professional bodies as required.
Losing a loved one is an emotional time and we sympathise with you, however the accusations within your review are an untrue reflection on the care and dedication shown by our staff.
We would be happy to arrange for one of our directors to meet you in person and discuss our findings with you. We will reach out to you via email and try to arrange a convenient time to meet. This review forum is not the correct place to raise concerns of this nature.
