On a personal note, I got married in Sorrento, Italy, in 2008, and every year since, the magic of Italy has captured my heart for holidays. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I love getting to know new people.

My name is Amanda Edwards, but I prefer Mandie. I have worked in the care sector for the last 24 years. I have joined Belmont Castle Care Home to develop and enhance my skills as a Deputy Manager. What I love about my job and the care industry is that every day is different, and I learn new things.
I am a mother of 4 sons and have a grandson, my youngest is an aspiring young footballer, and most of my spare time is spent going to matches and tournaments with his squad.

My name is Jemima Chowdhury, and I am the Administration Manager at Belmont Castle Care Home. My role is to support the home manager and deal with staffing, residency, and financial processes within the home. I have a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology and have worked in the health sector since 2018.
I am family orientated and spend a lot of my time out and about with my family. I also love to read, draw, and occasionally bake!

My name is Lorraine and I’m the Lifestyle Lead at Belmont Castle Care Home. I have experience with risk assessment, legal requirements, having a role of a welfare representative and an auditor. For the last 5 years, I have also been a community pioneer.
I am very family orientated. Family and friends are always close to my heart. I enjoy days out, socializing, reading, and working alongside different communities as well as people from all different walks of life.
The lifestyle Lead role gives me so much fulfilment being able to share fun and laughter with our lovely residents. I’m so happy to see how the activities I arrange bring our residents joy, happiness and improve their overall wellbeing. If there was ever a perfect Role, mine is here at Belmont Castle.
