I'm Monika and I'm the Registered Manager here, at Belford House, where I've had the pleasure of being since 2021.
I'm privileged to lead a team of extraordinary and committed people, who live and work by the values of care, comfort and companionship to create a home for our residents at this important part of their journey through life.
My adventure with social care began when I came over to the UK for 3 months, and here I am 18 years later! I've gained qualifications up to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and am working towards a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management.
I'm passionate about Dementia care and improving the lives of people who live here, as well as those who come just for a day.

I am Sadie and I am the deputy manager here at Belford, where I have been working since 2020.
