I am proud to have joined Bethel House. It is important to me that the residents, their families and the staff team feel welcome, cared for and supported to enable them to build good relationships and happy memories for the future.
We will be working together to support the residents' sensory needs to enable them to have a holistic well-being while living in our home, by encouraging them to be involved in the social community of the home at the same time encouraging them to remain as independent as they are able to. I joined Hartford Care in January 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant at Bethel House in Barton-on-Sea in Hampshire, subsequently qualified as a Care Practitioner and have since been promoted to Deputy Manager.
The only goal I wanted to achieve when I joined Hartford Care was to make a difference in enriching and improving our residents’ lives and to create opportunities for them to live fulfilling lives.
