Thank you for taking the time to review Dawson Lodge and we are pleased you rate our staff as very good. We were sorry to see that you do not feel our care has met our normally high standards. I appreciate you taking the time to discuss your feedback with me, where I understand that you are more comfortable with the matters raised. We aim to answer our residents' call bells as quickly as possible. Daily calls with our GP take place to discuss our residents' health and then further input is requested as required. My door is always open to discuss all aspects of day to day life at Dawson Lodge.
