It is always a delight to visit Orchard Lodge and see my relative. The welcome is always warm and accommodating and attention to visitors is very good.
The staff are similarly attentive to the residents and evidently care about those they are responsible for. It is very reassuring for us as a family,
to know that our relation is safe, secure and being genuinely loved and cared for.

The staff have worked extremely well and have developed a good understanding and bond with my brother. They have made him welcome in the short space of time he has had at Orchard Lodge as they do with me and my family during visits. After an unsettled spell, staff have worked out the cause of the problem
and now I see my brother the happiest he has been for many years. My brother is occupied either at the Lodge or on many trips out, which makes him very happy and content.

Whenever I go to visit my brother the staff on duty couldn't be nicer. They are all very professional but at the same time very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and it is like a home from home.
They will sit down with you and answer any questions you have and inform you what he has been doing
and where he has been.
A very lovely home, he seems happier than he has been for a long time.
I couldn't be happier.
