Three Oaks is a family-owned care home, renowned for its beautiful grounds and freshly-cooked food. With eighteen bedrooms, it's the perfect size to offer a variety of spaces and activities while keeping a homely atmosphere. Set in the Hampshire countryside, it is just minutes from the M27 and from the busy village of Wickham.

The home specialises in providing care for people who are mentally alert but need some support and company to enjoy life to the full. It also welcomes those with mild dementia, but is not suitable for people with challenging behaviour or a tendency to wander.

My nan has been at Three Oaks for around five years and has received the best possible care. When we first sought a care home for her, we were immediately struck by how genuine Three Oaks and the staff were. The rooms are light and airy, and it was clear that the residents are the staff's priority.
The quality of care that Nan has received has been second to none. The staff know the residents inside out and genuinely care about them as individuals along with their families. The surroundings are lovely, and a variety of activities are arranged for the residents. I cannot recommend Three Oaks highly enough.

We have been very happy as a family with the way my mum has been cared for at Three Oaks. My dad also was here for the last year of his life. The staff are so kind and caring. Both of my parents have told me how kind the staff are, and that "nothing is too much trouble for them", which is so lovely
and very reassuring. I feel like the Three Oaks are like an extension of our family and support us too. We could not wish for better care for Mum.

There is always an air of friendliness when I visit. The residents are happy to chat with one another, particularly when positively occupied (when Covid allows). I am impressed with the staff who deal with issues in a calm and cheerful manner. Three Oaks is just right for my mum.

Our friend has been at Three Oaks for a number of years ow. Her room is a nice size and has a lovely view. She is very happy there. The staff are very friendly; make us very welcoming. The residents are well taken care of. The meals sound and smell really lovely. It seems a real comfortable place. In
the summertime, they have beautiful grounds (which are well kept) where we can sit when we visit.

The team at Three Oaks have been wonderful looking after our Mother over the last few months in particular, when she has had various physical and mental health issues and have been very supportive of my siblings and I. Taking into consideration the additional stress they have been under dealing with
the Covid-19 situation I think they have been exemplary.

In my opinion, my mother is well cared for and receives excellent attention to her dementia needs. She is always clean and tidy and appears to be happy in the surroundings of the care home. The staff are very attentive and give kindness effortlessly. The visiting arrangements through the pandemic have
been very good with the provision of the screened room. This has been well managed, and I think my mother benefits from seeing visitors without masks or PPE.

The staff at Three Oaks are always friendly and seem to genuinely care for the residents. Mum is very happy. The lockdown has been a challenge, but the visiting room has made a big difference in being able to see Mum without a mask, albeit through a screen. I love that this is a small home with a family
feel.

My mother went to Three Oaks in October 2019. She had previously had two weeks of respite care after a time spent in the hospital. She was very happy to take up full-time residence, and she has been extremely well cared for by the staff members.
When I could visit inside the home, prior to the advent
of Covid 19, the atmosphere was always friendly, and the staff made sure that the residents were happy and well looked after.

When my mother required residential care it was important that the home would meet all of my mother's needs. I have visited many times and never have I seen anything untoward. The house is clean, homely and is well run. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is excellent. Day services second
to none. How lucky are we that our mother is well cared for.
