Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I’m sorry you are unhappy about the lack of face-to-face GP visits at present, which is due to their policy during the Coronavirus pandemic. Please be assured that we have weekly check-ins using the home’s tablet with the GP surgery. Our staff are trained to report any concerns to senior staff straight away.
