Fee's are dependant on personalised assessment of needs. The Haven accept top up payments and can admit from LA and CCG contracts.
The Home has an ‘open visiting policy’. This means it is possible to visit residents at any time of the day or night. It is, however, requested that all visitors, call ahead and sign in to the visitors’ book in the entrance porch for fire safety regulations.
• Facilities are available for residents to meet with visitors in private. On request a private room can be made available
• Residents who wish to make or receive telephone calls may have access to a telephone line in the room can make use of the Home mobile telephone.
• Staff members will provide assistance with letter writing if required
All personal mail will be delivered to residents unopened on the day it is received. Staff will obtain consent to open mail or forward to a chosen representative for those residents unable to open mail independently.

David Hall has been involved at The Haven for 20 years and has nearly 30 years experience in business. David has overseen the recent modernisation of all aspects of the business including technology, communications and the upgrade in the fabric of the building.
David's own mother is a resident at Haven, which further adds to the family feel we're very proud of.

Amy has 12 years of health and social care experience, and 6 years in Management, in both Domiciliary and Residential Care. Amy is Level 5 Qualified in Leadership and Management. Amy is a train the trainer in 11 courses; Dementia Awareness, Medication Awareness, Peoples movers moving and handling, Diabetes Awareness, Infection Control, Personal Pressure Care, End of Life, Fire Safety, Safeguarding adults and risk, MCA and DOLs and Falls Prevention.
Amy's very first care role was at The Haven Rest Home bringing all-round capability for the business needs.
