I have found Oakland Grange to be very welcoming and the staff very caring. Knowing some of the problems they have to deal with they cope very well.

I cannot recommend this home highly enough. All the staff are very caring and compassionate and treat the residents with a such a lot of respect and kindness. The staff definitely go above and beyond what is expected of them. It is not unusual for staff to stay past their shift to help or comfort a
resident. They do not do this just because it is part of the job but because they really care. The food is excellent and cooked by a chef on the premises. The homemade banana bread is definitely one to try. If my mother does not feel like something they would make something else to tempt her. Nothing was too much trouble. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Compassionate and responsive care from every single member of the team. A warm, safe and very homely place. Every staff member I have met is patient and kind and demonstrates genuine care and respect for residents, family and for each other. Catering and housekeeping are excellent. Thank you for making
a difficult move so much better than we expected.

I think it's a lovely building and I love our room. Looking forward to a day out down the seafront with my wife on day trips. Staff are very kind and thoughtful.
