Lawnbrook Care Home, in Portswood, Southampton, is a purpose-built Residential care home with 30 beds which are all en suite. It has beds available for a variety of residential and dementia care requirements, for long and short term stays, having additional expertise to care for dementia sufferers.

The home is also an ideal facility for people who have physical disabilities, with spacious interiors and comfortable furnishings to ensure that mobility problems are made simpler - with occupancy for couples and friends also.

An open-plan interior makes for a pleasant social setting, with private meeting areas and even a small chapel area.

The team of Carers are committed to providing excellent care and maintain the residents' person-centred care plan.

Residents are encouraged to participate in activities and events and also indulge in delicious cooked meals.

The staff are so friendly and caring at Lawnbrook. I really feel that our mother is in good hands. They are working hard to look after our mother's medical needs and provide lovely entertainment. The food is also good.

Lawnbrook has become my mum's new home since COVID has hit us. Mum has been welcomed and accepted into the home. I have seen kind, thoughtful and caring staff look after my mum and support her through a difficult transition into care.

Mum has been in Lawnbrook for nearly one year. As a family, we cannot praise the manager and her staff highly enough. They have been thoughtful and kind, with nothing being too much trouble in their care for Mum. We highly recommend.

My mother has lived in Lawnbrook Care Home for just over four years and in that time has considered it to be her home and the staff her family. We have always felt she was safe and well looked after and has enjoyed the various activities that have been put on there.
When my mother became ill, the
care and dedication given to her was truly exceptional and we are truly thankful for that.

I have found the manager to be very helpful, approachable, proud and knowledgeable about her merchandise. I have found her to be very accommodating and helpful. It's a very clean environment and these things go together to make it a pleasure to live here.

The resident in the care home has very difficult problems and the home manages them extremely well. The staff are very helpful and management very easy to discuss problems with.

Wonderful party for Christmas. The residents and staff all having fun staff always listen and look after mum and others really well lovely clean home. Food is very good. Can't thank everyone enough it's good to know mum is happy and well cared for. Thank you.

My mother spent the last 15 months of her life at Lawnbrook. She kept saying it was the best decision she had made because of the high level of care and compassion. All the staff really care about the people in their care. Also, my mother said the food was the best, as she said, as you get older, it's
one of the most important, so with the care, compassion and food, this place my mum loved.
