Willow Court, conveniently located in Harpenden, offers a range of care services including residential care, specialist dementia care and respite care. In addition, there is a day care centre for older people.

Within the home you'll find welcoming lounges and dining rooms as well as other inviting areas including cosy corners and themed areas. Each of the bedrooms in the home are en-suite and fully furnished. The bedrooms in the home's extension also include showers. All bedrooms benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a television.

Willow Court has it's own café area, conveniently situated near reception, which is the perfect place to sit and socialise with family and friends over tea, coffee and other refreshments. The French doors of the café open straight onto one of the garden patios, perfect for summer BBQs and parties.

The home's beautiful landscaped gardens include a number seating areas and patios, raised flower beds and a gazebo. A perfect place to relax in during the spring and summer months.

Willow Court has its own dedicated activity worker who ensues that there are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

The staff at Willow Court have been exceptional with the care of my mother, particularly during this lockdown period. I have received at least weekly written reports about my mother and often telephone calls when their have been issues with her deteriorating health. During lockdown, my mother had a
birthday and we the family were allowed to see her through the glass doors at reception. The staff went out of their way to make this visit as happy and enjoyable as possible for us all and it was quite clear my mother was having a very enjoyable day. She also looked very well. This was repeated on the garden visit we were allowed. Given my mother's health issues she looked extremely well and clearly very well cared for. All the staff at Willow Court are a joy to deal with and clearly have the welfare of the residents as their main priority. I have seen all the Facebook posts and nearly everyday something fun is happening, from Elvis day to Prosecco day. Thank you so much.

I cannot complement the staff and level of care at Willow Court highly enough.
They have managed a hugely difficult situation thoughtfully and with great compassion.
My mum is really happy there and it is thanks to the care team and their attitude and approach and the activities they provide that
despite not being able to visit I don't constantly worry about her physical and mental well-being as I did before she went to live there.
Massive thanks to all the team.

I believe Willow Court to be an excellent care home. All the staff are caring and have done a remarkable job, especially during this pandemic. They have carried out their duties in these difficult times with the utmost care and compassion to the residents. I always receive an email every week to let
me know how and what my auntie is doing which is of great comfort for me as visiting is not permitted at the moment due to the pandemic.

The staff are Willow Court were always polite, friendly and courteous to both residents and visitors. My cousin spent the last two years of his life in Willow Court. Although he wanted to be at home, the staff showed him great affection and really cared for him. His keyworker knew him well and understood how to help him to cope. He found the staff extremely kind. If I ever had to find a care home for
myself, I would choose Willow Court.

Mum has been at Willow Court for 3 years and we as a family are truly happy with it. Her care is always excellent, she has an excellent key worker who is just perfect and goes out of her way for mum.
We feel safe leaving mum here and although mum might not always show it, we believe she is very happy

As this is my mum's third care home fo fault of hers. The early days were difficult and challenging but everyone at Willow Court has made the biggest effort to settle her in. She's now very comfortable, safe and happy as she can be whilst unable to walk unaided and dependent on all the carers.
