A very close friend has been a resident at Rosslyn Residential Care. He has got so much better which is incredible and heartwarming to see. He is well cared for by the team who are very helpful. And the manager is wonderful and always encouraging. He loves the food which is top quality. His room and
the house is very clean. There is a beautiful garden that he absolutely loves, they have nice summer parties which he thoroughly enjoys. Their engaging activities and warm interactions create an environment where he truly thrives. We both appreciate that I am able to visit which means the world to both of us.

The team at Rosslyn Court is amazing. It's great to see how much my grandma has been able to settle in so quickly and see growth in her health. My mum was transferred to Rosslyn Residential Care under temporary resident terms. Being a vegetarian, and lacking proper communication in English, I was concerned. Prior to agreeing to the placement, the management team assured me that the staff would be able to communicate with her and cater to her
dietary needs. Meeting the manager and the staff was reassuring and I was satisfied that Mum would be looked after temporarily until her assessment was completed.
The manager and her staff looked after my mum like their own. They would refer to her as Grandma in Gujarati and make sure all her dietary needs were satisfied. Mum was underweight and she was looking amazing yesterday and was fully with her wits yesterday as she moved to a permanent placement. I will be forever indebted to the team for the care and devotion with which they looked after my mum.

I would love to thank the manager and her fantastic staff for looking after my mum so well and making her and myself so welcome. Mum has settled in she has been there for 5 months and in that short space of time I see a big change in her.
This care home is one I would recommend for anyone who is having
to make that big decision about a family member.

This afternoon I saw first-hand the amazing patience and kindness of staff as they dealt with my very distressed Mum. Sadly she is frequently challenging but I have only ever seen the staff calm, reassuring and smiling whether supporting her personal care or daily living. One member of staff told me
she had been looking forward to coming back to work after her holiday. Doesn't that exemplify a strong team morale and excellent hands-on management.

We visit our lifelong friend who has been in your care since February this year.
We visit him every month and are continually impressed by the quality of care he receives.
From the interest that the manager demonstrates and the care that each of the staff show including one in particular who works
tirelessly to provide their daily meals.
The staff always greet us with a smile, well done to all concerned.

The staff are amazing. They take great care, a lot of entertaining for them, food is very good and are always arranging little parties for loved ones to attend. They take great care in keeping you up to date about the well being of your loved ones.

I cannot put into words how wonderful the management and staff are at Rosslyn. The quality of care is extremely high and their knowledge of their residents.
As a family, we never needed to ask for anything for our mother, everything was provided with so much thought put into it.
With regards to
health, we were given peace of mind because management had already been proactive, and contacted their GP if there was any change, so we quickly realised we could trust our mother would immediately get the care she needed.
Management and staff are friendly, very caring and efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent in all areas of care and especially if there was any change of medication.
Resident's enrichment is very important at Rosslyn and residents are kept occupied with a wonderful selection of activities for all levels.
Family events, garden parties, live music, coffee and cake get-togethers, cultural celebrations are all part of each year. So grateful.

Rosslyn Court is an excellent home, and without a doubt brought my mother a few extra years. She was very happy there and well looked after, the staff were wonderful.
Singers came in to entertain and there was always a party or activites.
Can't speak highly enough of Rosslyn Court.

They are taking good care of my cousin so I have peace of mind.

My mum has been in the care home for 10 months and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for every member of staff I've met.
The residents are well looked after and treated with dignity.
The home is always clean and never smells.
I receive regular updates about my mum if the staff have any health
concerns and if I phone to find out how mum is the staff always find the time to talk to me.
It reassures me knowing that if I can't visit Mum as much as I would like to Mum is surrounded by lovely, caring people who Mum calls her friends.

Nice and friendly home. Management and staff are always extremely helpful, my mum was very anxious the first week of her residency now 3 weeks down the line she has settled in and is very happy.
From my point of view, the staff have put my mind at rest knowing she is well looked after and they call
me every time there is an 'incident' - which is great.

Our stepmother has been in Rosslyn Residential Care for almost three year and we have been very grateful for the care she has had during that time. Just before she was admitted she was diagnosed with advanced Alzheimer's disease and at that time her behaviour was extremely challenging, with episodes
of screaming and aggression. The staff were able to manage this really well and helped her to calm down and be more settled.
The previous and current managers are very approachable and also have a good relationship with her.
Our elderly father sadly passed away in January this year and although he missed her very much, he had nothing but praise and gratitude for all the staff at the home. She is now at the end stage of this awful disease and does not recognise us when we visit, yet we can see how she responds to the staff who care for her every day. She is always clean and comfortable and we receive regular updates about any health problems she may have.

This care home is just the best, my resident has been in there for nearly a year now.
Never had any problems, if there is something I think is not right I just speak to the manager or the staff and it’s sorted.
The staff are so caring to all the residents and treat all the residents with dignity,
I have seen this myself.
It’s always clean and never smells in the residents' rooms and the home.

Words cannot express how we feel with regard to everybody we have come in contact with at Rosslyn Court. Throughout her time being cared for at the home, my aunt was very well cared for. Her needs were met in every respect, in a very professional and caring manner. She loved the home which she went into in 2018 until her passing.
