Many thanks for your lovely comments. In relation to the portion sizes this is done away from the dining area when meals are being served in the kitchen. Meals are plated in small, normal and large servings depending on the preference, needs of the individual and what is on the menu. We are also looking forward to being able to get into our lovely gardens when the weather makes this possible.
