I very much appreciate all the help the staff have given my family and me in keeping us informed and updated on all aspects of our mother's care during these extremely difficult months. The highest level of safety for everyone is being maintained.

My mum has lived at Brambles for the past three years and during that time I have found all the staff to be caring and attentive to everyone's needs at all times. Mum has always been happy there and at times when she has been poorly she has been very well cared for and I can't thank the staff enough,
especially in the last 12 months when they have had so much to contend with.
In "normal" times I can visit anytime and there is always a friendly relaxed atmosphere and families are encouraged to join in with events such as the summer fete, Christmas parties and various outings which is lovely.

An extremely caring, clean and friendly environment in which each client is treated as a person. Regular visits are undertaken by a local GP and district nurse visits as required. Limited pre-booked visiting is available in a bubble area.

My Mum moved into Brambles Care Home in July 2020. She has received the best care for her needs and with the utmost dignity. The management has done everything possible to keep her safe during this pandemic. The staff are friendly and approachable and Mum is happy here. I would recommend Brambles Care
Home without hesitation.

Both my parents have been at Brambles for just over 3 years. I can not fault the home on any aspect of the care and welfare given to them. There are only 28 rooms and therefore there is quite a family feel to the home. There are 3 common rooms which include a dining room/sitting room, a TV room/meeting
room and a small sitting room, known as the quiet room. Most days there is an activity to join and in the summer there is seating in a courtyard and also a private garden.

My mother has been receiving end of life care for over 7 weeks at Brambles Care Home. Everyone of the staff we have met have been thoroughly supportive in meeting our needs and those of my 92-year-old mother. She is very weak and frail but the specialist care team have made sure that she is comfortable
safe and warm. Her hygiene needs are met on an extremely regular basis and all this is recorded on a daily sheet which we can review with the staff at any time. Brambles have allowed us to visit in person but we have to have a lateral flow covid test before entering the home. We have had nine of these and although these are time-consuming and an extra to their regular duties the staff have always met us with a smile on their faces and always greet us with words of encouragement. During this time, they have also kept us up to date with my mother's condition by phone and by email. I cannot fault anything that they have done neither can I think of anything else they could have done. Thanks.

The staff are very friendly, caring and kind. My mother has settled in very quickly and appears to be in very good spirits. I had heard very good reports from neighbours, who tell me that their relatives had been very well cared for.

This review is written during the third Covid lockdown in England and I can only congratulate The Brambles staff on how well they have handled these difficult times, and continued providing exemplary care. It is such a relief to know that my Mum has been in safe hands at all times. Visiting arrangements
(when allowed) have been excellent.
We are all looking forward to better times. The Brambles is situated in a super village, easily reached on foot, with Mum in a wheelchair. The Brambles gardens and patio areas are very pretty and spacious, with plenty of seats, in the sun and shade to suit the weather. The catering is excellent and the social/events programme is lovely. Visiting relatives are made to feel very welcome, and the staff go out of their way to help with any questions or requests. Highly recommended.
