The staff are very caring and kind and mum is very lucky to get such good care.
The home is clean and a happy place.
Today is Mother's Day and the staff have laid on a tea party, singer and given a lovely gift.
I am glad I found this home for mum.

The look of a care home doesn't always mean bad care. This home has excellent staff who are very caring and have been with the home a long time. They are gentle in the way they talk and deal with the residents. The food is extremely good and generous. The cleanliness is super and my mother's room is
kept beautifully clean and tidy. It is extremely good value for money and I would thoroughly recommend it to other people.

I am very happy with the care my dad receives. He is very well looked after and treated with dignity at all times. The staff are friendly, approachable and welcoming. Activities are organised, music played and television available. The atmosphere is always calm and I am very confident leaving my
dad.

Living in Australia, it's even more important to me to know my dad is well cared for when I am away and unable to be there. Through my sister, who is local, I get to see and hear of my dad's care and seeing it first hand during my current visit, I can see he is treated with respect and his care is
good. I am confident he is in a good place and have no doubts about the quality of his care.

My Mum has been at Dale Lodge since July 2016, her care to date has been excellent.
I cannot praise her carers highly enough.
They all show immense patience with all the residents.
Mum is always clean and tidy and is very happy living at Dale Lodge.

My mother has been at Dale Lodge for some 5/6 years. They are always friendly, my mother always looked well dressed and cared for. I am not sure what else to say, dementia and Alzheimer's must be the worst care placement to be in and they do it well at Dale Lodge.

When I visit my sister she always looks clean and smart. The staff are warm and caring. The food is good as my sister has gained weight since living there. On 6th August my wife and I attended a BBQ in the gardens with all the other residents and their families. Lives music, good food and sunshine,
a lovely afternoon. Overall I am glad my sister is a resident at Dale Lodge.

I find the majority of carers very good. Mum is as happy here as she would be anywhere. I would recommend Dale Lodge as it is more personal and friendly very much a family atmosphere.
Any queries I might have had are dealt with straight away.
Lots of stimulation for the patients with different things
going on through the year.

After much concern, so pleased with the way the staff have settled her into the home.
The communication from staff and management has been extremely good.
Visiting regularly have never noticed any difference in the care for staff for residents.

Staff are fantastic. They know the residents really well and are aware of individuals needs. Nan is very happy here, the care she receives is first class. Any concerns we have are dealt with and we are updated regularly. Home is clean and tidy in all areas and the food always smells good! As a family
we are very happy with nan's care. Thank you for your support.

My mother was a resident at the home for five months. Sadly she died at the end of January this year. The manager and all the care staff enlisted the support of the local hospice who helped them provide for mum's every need during her period of palliative care. They were, attentive, supportive showed
their love and devotion to my mum up to the very end. She passed away with her family and carers around her in her room which had become her home. It was warm, peaceful and I couldn't have asked for a better place to be during the end. I would highly recommend Dale Lodge to anyone.

My friend has been at Dale Lodge about four years now. We have visited often during that time and seen many improvements in decoration inside and out. The care and encouragement given to residents and their families has always been excellent but especially so at present. The staff are very compassionate
and caring and I wouldn't hesitate to put a member of my family in their care. Every effort is made to enrich life, the activities and arrangements made (like at Christmas) have been really lovely and bought much pleasure.

I've only been here half dozen times and find everybody extremely kind and caring. My own mother was in a home and so I would say your home has much higher standardisation as required, staff and facilities.

I have been visiting my friend for approximately 4 years now at Dale Lodge. The staff are fantastic and really care about the residents. The manager and her team are kind, compassionate and do their very best to ensure all the residents are well cared for. Entertainment is regularly arranged. They go
the extra mile. The re-decoration over the past couple of years including new furniture has been a great improvement. The public areas are very comfortable and cosy. I would not hesitate to place a loved one in Dale Lodge. The care they receive is wonderful and the staff are really caring. They do their very best for the residents.

I find all the staff are very helpful, and act like one big family, and since the manager took over. There has been a fast improvement in décor, entertainment, Christmas etc. Dale Lodge provides a warm kind and friendly environment delivering the highest standards of care and effortlessly meeting the
